On successful payment, you will be sent an email to the provided email address with an order code and further instructions on how to complete your transaction

Check for your order code in the email sent to you and share it to TrustPay Admin
ACCEPT OR REJECT AT POINT OF DELIVERY
(This stage is currently possible via our shortcode or web link. The short code is currently supported for only MTN subscribers.
Other network subscribers are encouraged to use the web link )

On receipt of your order code, we will initiate the point of delivery session in which you will receive a text message within 24 hours informing you to accept or reject the item
7.
When you receive this message, accept or reject the item by sending the appropriate keyword to our shortcode or click on the web link provided from your phone
9.
If you accept, the seller will be credited but if you reject, your funds will be refunded to you. (Recall that this is a demo, so there shall be no actual payments or refunds.😊)

The text messages you receive will provide you specific detail of the keyword to use and next steps required of you to take to complete the transactions
